Garland/Rowlett, TX - We are currently looking for a branch assistant to manage inbound calls and provide office administration support. Additionally, the branch assistant will be tasked to help the Branch Marketing Manager, the Branch Sales Manager, and the Branch Manager with developing and implementing new ways to increase our value-add to our clients, our team, and our community, as well as ways to increase production through marketing and sales support activities. This position will be a combination of adhering to daily tasks/duties, working on new projects, and working with the management team to create new opportunities for growth.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, and very well spoken. They enjoy finding new and better ways to add value to their team, and their customers. They understand that "we" is more important than "me", and together we win. They are self-motivated, and driven to succeed. They are reliable, and can be given a project to complete from beginning to end, with minimal oversight. They are adept in technology, and are willing to continuously be challenged to learn and grow.
Skills & Experience
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required
- Mortgage experience a plus, but not a requirement.
- Bilingual fluency in both English & Spanish a plus, but not a requirement.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage one’s time
- Works well in fast paced environment
- Must have strong computer knowledge
- Customer service orientation and creative thinking to find appropriate/alternative programs for unique situations
- Demonstrated ability to gather data from multiple sources, test assumptions, evaluate alternatives and recommend action
- Bilingual in English & Spanish a big plus
